Wet face with lukewarm water.
Apply a nickel-sized amount to damp skin and massage 30–60 seconds in gentle, circular motions (avoid getting directly into eyes).
Rinse well and pat dry.
Follow with moisturizer or face butter while skin is slightly damp.
Use once daily for sensitive skin, or morning + night if your skin tolerates it.
