Wildflower Glow — Shipping Policy

Processing & Handling
All orders are lovingly packed within 1–3 business days (excludes weekends & holidays). Orders placed Friday evening through Sunday will begin processing the next Monday.

Domestic U.S. Shipping

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): available at extra cost.
  • Free U.S. Shipping on orders $75 or more (for contiguous U.S. addresses).

Packaging & Protection
We use high-quality cushioning and secure packaging to protect your Wildflower Glow products (especially glass or delicate jars) during transit. If your order includes items that are temperature sensitive or fragile, we may use extra padding or insulation as needed.

Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can follow along from our fulfillment center to your doorstep.

Damages, Delays & Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days. We will review with the carrier and may offer reshipment or refund at our discretion. Please retain photos of any damaged packaging or items.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene, we generally only accept returns or exchanges for unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery, and only for U.S. orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless there is an error on our part. Please contact us first, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Exceptions & Limitations

  • We do not currently offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or select international zones (unless otherwise stated).
  • For orders with multiple items, split shipments may occur depending on stock location.
  • Shipping times do not include processing time; total time = processing + transit.
